12-week challenge
These are pre-designed fitness programs suitable for your on-site gym. The fitness programs are designed to cater for a wide range of employees regardless of their current physical state.

8-week nutrition programs
The 8-week nutrition program consists of a series of one-to-one nutrition consultations which focus on achieving an individual’s predetermined goals. Varying measurements, advice and diarising of eating will be conducted over the 8-week period to determine individual progress and success.
